Technically speaking this is not a new release. Instead, it’s a rerelease of an absolute classic EP by none other than the Outside Agency. After nearly 2 decades these tracks finally see the light of day again. I personally waited for a proper digital download forever – basically since the day I discovered the release.

Originally it was released on Hong Kong Violence in 2007, and has been unmatched ever since. The sound design with it’s Kung-Fu samples is just bonkers. The release sounds still super fresh and even in 2023 there is nobody who could compete with TOA in a Kung-Fu Hardcore battle.
